With over seven years of teaching experience, Amit Kumar combines the wisdom of traditional yoga with a modern, practical approach that makes its teachings accessible and relevant to contemporary life. He holds a Master’s degree in Yoga and is a Yoga Alliance RYT-500 certified teacher.
Amit specialises in Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative Yoga, along with pranayama, meditation, Yoga Nidra and yoga philosophy. Through clear instruction, technical precision, compassion and adaptability, he honours authentic yogic principles while responding to the individual needs of his students.
With a holistic approach to wellbeing, Amit encourages students to cultivate physical health, mental clarity and greater self-awareness while developing a deeper understanding of yoga beyond the physical practice. His aim is to create a supportive and welcoming environment where students can explore, learn and grow at their own pace, discovering the transformative potential of yoga in their everyday lives.

Bhavna has a masters in psychology, RYT 200 certified hatha yoga teacher and has a certification in Yoga Nidra by Swami Yogratna Sarswati of Shankar Prasad Foundation. She is practicing yoga for more than a decade and taught in various yoga studios, corporate sessions, community classes and online.

With over 15 years of experience, Binal has been a dedicated practitioner and teacher of yoga, pranayama, and mindfulness meditation. As an international bronze medalist in Hath yoga and a participant in numerous national and international yoga competitions, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the mat.

Based in Goa, Eleonora is a yoga and meditation teacher whose work brings together traditional yoga, mindfulness, Tantra and embodied movement. A dedicated Vipassana meditator, passionate breather and ecstatic dancer, she encourages students to explore yoga as a pathway to greater awareness, connection and self-discovery.
Her meditation journey began in London in 2010, where she immersed herself in Buddhist meditation practices before deepening her exploration of Hatha, Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga. Alongside her yoga studies, she trained in Life and Business Coaching at The Coaching Academy and Counselling at The Gestalt Centre in London.
Eleonora teaches Traditional Hatha, Hatha and Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, mindfulness, yoga foundations and philosophy. She also explores conscious marketing for yoga teachers, bringing together her experience in coaching, personal development and the practice of yoga.
At the heart of her teaching is Prana Body Flow, her signature Tantra-inspired dynamic yoga practice. Combining mindful movement, mudras and pranayama, it invites students to move with awareness, connect with their inner intelligence and approach each experience with openness and curiosity.
Eleonora began sharing yoga and meditation within creative communities in North and East London between 2010 and 2017. In 2014, she became a meditation facilitator at the London Buddhist Centre, where she engaged with practices from the Theravada Buddhist tradition, including Metta Bhavana, mindfulness and breathing meditation. In 2016, she also offered yoga classes through Ourmala, a programme providing free yoga to refugee and asylum-seeking women in the UK.
Her yoga training includes an Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in 2015, a 200-hour multi-style teacher training in Goa in 2018, and a 300-hour multi-style and Yin Yoga teacher training in 2019. She has also taught in Auroville, Tamil Nadu, and Rishikesh.
Through her teaching, Eleonora invites students to experience yoga beyond the physical postures—as an embodied practice that nurtures presence, encourages connection and opens space for personal transformation.

Alexandra Denkinger, Acupuncture Therapist (M.D.Acu), Yoga teacher (RYT500) and inspired Body-Mind-Soul Bio-Hacker, dedicated to helping people empower themselves to live the most authentic, healthy life possible.
As an all-time seeker on a soul-searching journey she came across many different yoga styles and healing systems. She moved from Germany to India to immerse herself in Ayurveda and Yoga nearly two decades ago. Life unfolded, she became a mom and took a break. But eventually she returned to her practice full time. She is on a mission to help people experience optimal health and long lasting transformation.
She facilitates Yin Yoga Teacher training. In her Yin Yoga Sessions she integrates the ancient wisdom of Acupuncture Meridians and Chi flow in a meditative Yoga practice. In a Daoist/ Zen way, the focus is on the value of breath, insight & intuition – supporting a lifestyle that feels in alignment with our deepest self. Our Meridian energy flow gets stimulated and we activate our body’s own healing powers. We refresh, rejuvenate and activate our life force. Suitable for all levels of students, Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to all dynamic exercises or more active styles of yoga.
