How many hours of yoga will I practise each day?

The schedule varies depending on the retreat you choose. Each program has its own balance of yoga, meditation, learning, relaxation and personal time.

Yoga mats and basic props are available at the Ashram. However, you're welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer practising with one you're familiar with.

Which Yoga Retreat should I choose?
