Yin Yoga on the other hand allows us to address the other half, the deeper, Yin tissue of our ligaments, joints and our fascia network. More than that Yin Yoga offers a great opportunity to learn to release physical and emotional tension, free stagnant or blocked energy and cultivate a peaceful quality of mind.
Learn all essential aspects of practicing and teaching Yin Yoga and find out more about the Mindfulness Principles and the Daoist Elements and Meridians this contemplative method integrates. The philosophical and energetic aspects of Yin Yoga can be a gateway to healing and offers resources of inspiration for your practice and your teaching.
