Refund Policy

We strive to provide the best possible experience for all of our guests. If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, please review our refund policy below.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If you cancel your booking at least 90 days prior to the start date, we will refund your deposit less a 20% administrative fee.
  • If you cancel your booking between 45 and 89 days prior to the start date, we will refund 50% of your deposit.
  • If you cancel your booking less than 45 days prior to the start date, we are unable to offer a refund.

No Refunds for Early Departure:
If you decide to leave the program early for any reason, we are unable to offer a refund for the unused portion of your program.

Changes to the Itinerary:
While we make every effort to adhere to the itinerary, we reserve the right to make changes to the schedule or program at any time if circumstances require it. In the event that we need to cancel or change a scheduled class or activity, we will make every effort to offer a suitable replacement.

Force Majeure:
We cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or expense incurred due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, or other unforeseeable events.
